"Sea Pink" is close to the sandy beaches of Gerrans Bay

outstanding natural beauty of the Roseland Peninsula.
Nestling in its own quiet & picturesque setting
overlooking the little bay of St. Just in Roseland, "Sea
Pink" and its garden catch the sunshine from mid
morning onwards.
In the evening, glorious sunsets can
be watched from the BBQ terrace with colours breath-
takingly reflected in the panoramic sea views.
We have taken considerable care in preparing "Sea Pink"
to the highest standards. The result (though we say so
ourselves) is outstanding. Practical design allows you and
your family or friends to enjoy full use of all the available
facilities. Location combined with comfort is the top
priority....
Last but not least, is the care and attention to provide an
artistically presented and visually stimulating home that
you can consider your own during your stay. We are

Recently refurbished, the accommodation is of an
exceptionally high standard. The spacious lounge
complete with large wide-screen TV, video recorder and
tape/cd/radio has picture windows facing South-West,
overlooking the sea. The adjoining dining area has patio
doors opening onto the BBQ terrace. Quality furnishings
include a large feather filled sofa and original oil &
watercolour paintings by local artists.
The kitchen has hand painted tiles and attractive units. It
is equipped with fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven,
microwave & electric hob. The separate utility area has a
washer/dryer.
All 3 bedrooms are light & spacious. The double is "en-
suite" with wc, shower & basin. This, and the large twin
bedroom, both have sea views. The third bedroom is a
pretty double overlooking the courtyard. There is a
separate bathroom with wc upstairs and another wc in
the cloakroom downstairs.
When we found the house on Chappel Terrace and went inside we thought its a
dream come true, its a dolls house for big people.
